Stoudt's Brewery is one of Pennsylvania's first micro breweries, located in the Lancaster County borough of Adamstown. Stoudt's Brewery was started in 1987 by Ed and Carol Stoudt, both of whom desired to own a restaurant, bakery, antique shop, and a brewery together. This was realized with the creation of Stoudt's as it includes a restaurant, a bakery, one of the East Coast' largest antique shops, as well as the brewery itself. The complex also includes even more antiques as well as gourmet coffee, kettle corn, jewelry, floral arrangements, robots, and arts and crafts at Stoudtburg Village.

In service for 48 years, the restaurant features an antique Victorian setting. The menu includes fine steaks (hand trimmed daily), lobsters, salads, cheeses, and an exquisite wine list. The restaurant also has rooms for special occasions and for large parties of dinner guests. Of course the restaurant features the beers mentioned above.
This bakery features breads and desserts that are made for the restaurant, as well as for retail. Includes European cream, imported chocolate, and fresh cream. The breads range from focaccia, dinner rolls, whole grains and aromatic herbs, to fruits and nuts.
An antique mall connected to the restaurant that features some of the best antiques on the East Coast.
Stoudtburg Village is just under 27 acres developed in the style of an old-fashioned European Village. The concept is to create a self-contained hamlet with shops on the ground floor and living quarters above. It was conceived to have many tourists and shoppers come and enjoy the ambiance of this quaint hamlet. Many of the residents live above their shops just as shopkeepers do in Europe. Stoudtburg Village is still under construction but when competed residents will be able to meet all their needs without leaving the Village. Presently there are 60 units, not including 6 apartments with 2 sh op spaces below. Approximately 80 units are planned in the second phase. Most of these buildings will be "shop-capable," but it is not necessary to have a shop.
All of the shops are unique. There are antique shops, doll shops, an art gallery, and a toy robot museum. There is a wine shop, several country craft shops, and a coffee house. The Village has technology companies, a candy shop, a dried flower shop and a energy healing practitioner. A bicycle shop, a koi fish shop, and a fly and tackle shop reside in Stoudtburg Village as well.
